How do I order a dumpster?

How do I pay for my order?

Payment is made to us over the phone at time of reservation. Upon pick up, any additional weight overages or rental fees will be charged. A copy of your invoice will be emailed to you.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Cash is accepted with a $100 deposit that will be returned upon final pick up. We do not accept personal checks.

Do I need to be home for delivery/pickup?

No, it is not necessary for you to be present for delivery or pick up. For placement, please let us know where you would like us to set it when scheduling your reservation. Upon pick up, please make sure that the area where the dumpster is placed is accessible. Also, please make sure that the dumpster is loaded properly and is ready to be safely transported without debris sticking up or hanging over the sides.

Will my dumpster be picked up automatically?

No, please call us at 757-723-1131 when you are finished to have your dumpster removed. We will not pick up automatically after the 7th day.

How long can I keep my dumpster?

Our pricing includes 7 days not counting the day of delivery, after the 7th full day there will be a daily rental charge. For long term projects, we offer a monthly rate.

What if I need my dumpster dumped or a different sized dumpster delivered?

Please call us at 757-723-1131 and we will be glad to assist you! We can either perform a dump and return of the existing dumpster or change to a different size based on your request.

Can a dumpster be picked up the same day as delivery?

Yes, please let us know when scheduling the delivery and we can pre-schedule a same day pick up.

Can I request delivery at a specific time?

We pride ourselves on our service! While we cannot guarantee service times down to the minute due to factors such as traffic, delays at the driver’s previous stop/disposal site, etc. we will try and accommodate your specific request as best as possible.

How much space is needed to deliver a dumpster?

Our trucks need roughly 50-60 feet in a straight lined from where the dumpster will be placed with at least 10.5-12 feet in width. We also need around 24 feet in overhead clearance to raise the truck’s hoist to allow the container to roll off the back of the truck.

Have a tight space or difficult to access location?

For our 10-yard and 15-yard containers, we have a smaller hook-lift truck that can access tight locations. If you have any questions about whether we will be able to place a dumpster where you would like, please call us and we will be glad to look at placement options with you!

Does my dumpster have a door?

Yes, all our dumpsters have a rear door.

How high can I load my dumpster?

When the dumpster is picked up the driver needs to be able to tarp and safely haul to the disposal site. Please do not load material past the rails or leave material hanging over the sides of the dumpster. Also, try to keep the load flat and distribute the weight as evenly as possible. If for any reason the dumpster is improperly loaded and cannot be transported safely, you will have to level off the dumpster before we can remove it. A dry run fee may be assessed for an unsuccessful trip.

Does my dumpster have a weight limit?

Each of our dumpster sizes include a provided tonnage based on their respective size. If you exceed the provided tonnage, you will be charged based on the terms of your rental upon pick up.
